A night of unexpected challenges

The front desk staff was friendly and made checking in a breeze. Breakfast included fresh fruit and tasty bagels, which was a pleasant start to the day.

However, our bathroom wasn't stocked with soap, and we had issues with the cleanliness of our room. The shower had spots that hadn't been cleaned properly.

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

We enjoyed our stay in a well-appointed room. The front desk staff made us feel at home, especially accommodating our requests. The pool was nice, but a little crowded. Pro tip, Arrive early to secure a good spot at the pool.

the hampton inn has comfy beds and a great location, tucked behind a grocery store. i appreciated the grab bar in the tub. chad, the manager, was super helpful throughout my stay. after a long day, i loved relaxing in the indoor pool.

Clean hotel with friendly staff, an inviting breakfast service, and an indoor pool. However, the lack of a freezer in the fridge made it less convenient. While the nearby dining options were a plus, the overall room felt cramped, making it difficult to move chairs around. A standout nearby restaurant, Cacciatore's, offered great food, reminiscent of grilled steaks.

We had a fun time at the nearby Ross Park Zoo, which was perfect for all 5 of our teenagers and 2 younger kids. The hotel offered comfortable rooms and the breakfast staff were nice, keeping things filled up quickly.

The hotel was elegantly decorated and felt welcoming. The access was smooth, making it easy for my grandkids and me to navigate even with all our luggage. The proximity to Wegmans was a delightful bonus!

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom poorly cleaned, with remnants from previous guests left in the toilet. Despite notifying the front desk about this issue, we received no follow-up, which left us feeling neglected and frustrated. Additionally, the lack of attention to detail in our room made the overall stay less enjoyable.

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV, making it super convenient. I loved the cozy beds and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. The indoor pool was inviting and warm, perfect for relaxation. The location is great too, tons of food options nearby.
